Abstract
This paper studies the scheduling optimization problem of process shop. The gray wolf algorithm is used to solve the problem. The algorithm has fast convergence speed and simple structure, but it also has the disadvantages of easy to fall into local extremum, slow convergence speed in the later stage and poor population diversity. In order to overcome the above shortcomings, the gray wolf algorithm is improved to match the characteristics of the scheduling optimization problem. The improved method is to add Tent chaotic map, nonlinear convergence factor and Levy flight algorithm to improve the shortcomings of gray wolf algorithm.
