Abstract
In this paper, a statistical model of device states based on mathematical analysis is established. When the value of time series is influenced by periodicity and irregularity, and has great fluctuation, and it is not easy to show the developing trend, the influence of these factors can be eliminated by moving average method, analysis and prediction of long-term trends in time series, so this paper uses an improved time series DS prediction model to predict the DS in the next 100 years. In addition, an improved prediction model of devices quantity time series is established. The precision of this model is not high. Then, the errors along the gradient direction are reduced by constantly changing the connection strength between input node and hidden node. A multi-level LSTM time series prediction model based on multi-step size is established. The final projections are the number of devices over the next 100 years, the total number of devices in 2123, and the trend in the number of devices per country.
