Abstract
The problem of parameter estimation of inverse Topp-Leone distribution is studied under type-I censoring sample with missing data. It is proved that the maximum likelihood estimation of parameter satisfies the consistency and asymptotic normality. Moreover, the approximate confidence interval and hypothesis test on testing equality of the parameters from two inverse Topp-Leone distribution are given. Finally, the high accuracy of the estimation by Monte Carlo simulation shows that this estimation method is feasible.
