Abstract
While the rapid development of highway construction, various highway emergencies have also brought a large negative impact to the society. Highway scenes have the characteristics of linear scene strip distribution, and other scene elements outside the linear scene area are often not needed or not preferentially needed in the construction of linear scenes. To address this problem, this paper proposes a method to construct highway emergency scenes based on unexpected events. Based on the theories related to event-driven and dynamic segmentation, the paper extends the dynamic segmentation technique by combining the data characteristics of highway emergencies and designing the event-based scene construction rules. An event-driven model is constructed to elaborate the mapping relationship between business events and geographic events, and a 3D linear scene dynamic feature description scheme is designed to realize accurate dynamic change expression of geographic elements in 3D linear scenes. Finally, a rescue simulation experiment of highway is conducted to realize the construction of emergency scenes of highway based on unexpected events, which proves the feasibility of the method.
