Abstract
With the continuous development of wind power generation, solar power generation and other new energy generation, how to improve the utilization rate of new energy and increase the consumption of new energy is the current problem to be solved. This paper proposes a virtual power plant aggregation method based on cloud model, analyzes the response characteristics of its internal resources, establishes the peak regulation and frequency regulation indexes, and firstly clusters and then aggregates them to improve the utilization efficiency of virtual power plant. The simulation results show that the response time and daily load fluctuation after aggregation are reduced, and the peak regulating virtual power plant is preferred in the peak regulating scenario.
