Abstract
In order to improve the power and economy of the dual-motor four-wheel drive pure electric baja racing car, it is necessary to carry out the power matching research on the racing car. First of all, according to the design goal of baja racing car, the parameters of motor, power battery and main reducer are determined. Secondly, it is necessary to establish the 16-cycle driving condition of the car on the durable off-road track in baja, and simulate the speed in MATLAB software. Finally, the whole car model is built in AVL CRUISE software to simulate the power and economy of the car. The simulation results show that the designed car meets all the design indicators, which has certain guiding significance for the design of electric baja car.
