Abstract
A complete set of CCD spectrum measurement system is designed for the special needs of deep space exploration, and complete the theoretical analysis and experimental treatment of the noise of CCD system. The system takes high-precision area array CCD as the detector, controls the system through FPGA as the main control unit and interacts with the host computer. The CCD spectral signals are filtered, collected, stored and sent, which can achieve high-precision signal output and adjustable CCD exposure time. On the basis of hardware system, evaluate and correct the CCD dark current noise by the experimental measurement. Obtain the function relationship between CCD dark current noise and measurement temperature, and get the linear regression curve of system dark signal and exposure time. ICDS acquisition algorithm is proposed for the non-uniformity error of CCD system to improve the measurement accuracy of the whole system. The experimental results show that the whole system can stably output 16bit data signals with a maximum frame rate of 3.5frame/s. When the exposure time of the system is 500ms, the dynamic response range of the system is 77db and the signal-to-noise ratio of the system is 58.2db. Compared with the original system under multiple exposure times, the SNR of the noise reduction system increases by 3.59% - 19.18%, and the maximum reduction of the standard deviation can reach 53.5%. The system has the characteristics of high precision, stable output, excellent linear performance and low noise of spectral detector, and the system has good repeatability
