Abstract
Arc is one of the most basic graphics that constitute computer graphics. In many display systems, it is necessary to draw an arc with arbitrary line width, radius, and span. Airborne head up display as an important human-computer interface, the requirements for arc display are more strict. The commonly used rasterization algorithms, such as four line method has poor anti aliasing effect at the endpoint of the arc, which cannot meet the requirements for airborne display, and seriously affects the visual perception of pilots. In order to solve the problem of the existing technology, this paper proposes a head up display oriented undistorted drawing algorithm of arc, on the premise of ensuring the quality of arc display, the focus of this paper is on the optimization of anti aliasing of arc endpoint, which can solve the problem of poor anti aliasing effect of arc tangent plane and that the extension line of arc tangent plane does not pass through the center of the circle. This algorithm can be applied to any line width, radius, and span, and has low hardware requirements.
