Abstract
Time management is fundamental to an enterprise and can affect its development. An efficient time management system can play an important role in supervising employees and improving the productivity of an enterprise. However, today, an enterprise's working hours management suffers from reliance on paper carriers, poor real-time, data leakage, inefficiency and reliance on local servers. As local servers have limited carrying capacity, adding local servers will disguise the financial pressure on SMEs, increase SMEs' labour costs and have poor energy efficiency, thus failing to meet the man-hour management requirements of modern SMEs and seriously slowing down their development. Therefore, this paper applies the theory and method of cloud environment data technology to design and study a working hour management information system of an enterprise based on cloud environment data technology, which can manage the whole cycle and time of employees, improve the efficiency of employees, effectively control the project planning progress, and greatly enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise.
