Abstract
As the power industry develops, the scale of physical assets of the power grid is constantly expanding, which makes management difficult. To ensure the stability and security of power supply, it is worthwhile to study how to improve efficiency and achieve precise management. At present, some power grid enterprises lack effective means to fully understand their own physical asset management level so that they cannot reasonably allocate enterprise resources to achieve ideal performance. This paper suggests a scientific and effective comprehensive evaluation method of physical asset management to help power grid enterprises solve the current problems. A comprehensive evaluation index system of asset management applicable to power grid enterprises is established, and a method to calculate the weights of evaluation indexes is proposed by applying game theory ideas. The effectiveness of this evaluation method is verified by the example of State Grid Jibei Electric Power Co., Ltd. The results indicate that it has a high practical significance and can provide a basis for power grid enterprises to make scientific decisions in asset management.
