Abstract
Compared with traditional weapons, high-speed weapons have the advantages of high speed, high precision, and strong maneuverability. In future wars, high-speed weapons will occupy an important position. While developing offensive highspeed weapons, countries are also considering how to deal with the threat of high-speed weapons. Due to their excellent strike effect and penetration performance, high-speed weapons can effectively break through the existing defense systems of various countries. Military groups represented by the United States and Russia are accelerating the construction of highspeed weapons defense systems. This paper first describes the development status of high-speed weapons, and summarizes the situation and development trend of the defense system construction by various military powers. Then combined with the relevant characteristics of high-speed weapons, from the aspects of early warning and detection, command and control, and interception weapons. At the same time, this paper sorts out the key problems faced by the existing defense system. Finally, some enlightenments and thoughts are put forward on building a defense system under the threat of highspeed weapons.
