Abstract
With the launch of the whole-process integrated digital management platform of infrastructure in various provinces in China, it is necessary to establish a set of project management evaluation methods for electric power infrastructure projects that adapt to digital management. In this paper, the evaluation method of electric power infrastructure project schedule management is proposed, and a project schedule control system, including project cost management and project schedule management, is constructed to make the schedule management of electric power infrastructure projects more adaptable to the digital management mode, so that the schedule management can make full use of the digital management features and advantages to enhance the automation and intelligence level of management.
