Abstract
In order to improve the operation and maintenance efficiency of offshore wind power onshore and offshore and reduce the maintenance cost of wind turbines, on the basis of considering the onshore rising station and offshore wind turbine business as a whole, a logical framework of a safety production management platform including display layer, application layer, business support layer, data service layer, infrastructure layer, safety operation and maintenance system, and unified standard system is established[1]; the use of timing diagrams and flowcharts describes the software architecture of the safety production management platform and the business processes of each subsystem, and is implemented in Java language. The implementation of the platform will realize the intelligent management and refined management of the offshore wind power business, improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.
