Abstract
Fossil energy has been continuously consumed with the development of industry in recent years. As is known to all, the fuels are not only the products of fossil energy, but also additional products other than fuels, such as plastics, lubricants, asphalt, etc. However, the substitution of additional products is still in the early stage of development. This paper lists three typical renewable materials and further discusses their process from extraction to application. In this paper, we will discuss the calcium lactate crystallization acidolysis extraction method, direct polycondensation method and lactide ring opening polymerization method of PLA, its processing methods, such as injection molding, extrusion molding, etc., and its application fields, such as health and medicine, agriculture, industry, textile industry, etc.; Hot water bath extraction of cellulose and its applications, such as CNF, CNC, PCP, etc.; compression extraction of polyurethane, acid oxidation and epoxidation synthesis of unsaturated vegetable oil, and their applications, such as electronic devices, adhesives, etc. In the future, more researchers will pay attention to this field, and more similar materials will replace fossil products to achieve the ecological balance of the earth. The research significance of this paper is to help beginners of materials science to preliminarily understand some popular renewable materials today, summarizing their possible development direction and put forward the use scheme in the future.
