Abstract
When nylon6 is used in some light-colored products or transparent products with strict color requirements, color quality is a very important evaluation index. In this paper, nylon6 samples with different stabilizer systems were prepared, the changes of Yellowness Index (YI) and △E of nylon6 samples were tested at different temperatures of 120℃, 150℃, 170℃ and 200℃, and the effects of different combinations of antioxidants and light stabilizers on yellowing of nylon6 samples after thermal oxidation were studied. The results showed that 508/H10/H4050, 508/H10/5591, and 508/626/H4050 had a good compound effect, while H136, thioantioxidant 412s and antioxidant had a bad compound effect.
