Abstract
The accurate control of the project timetable is beneficial in ensuring the power grid's high-quality development. Substation engineering schedule control is currently based primarily on handwritten reports, which do not represent actual field progress. Recognition techniques based on YOLOv3 and ResNet50 are proposed to improve schedule management. The intelligent identification of substation project progress was performed by identifying seven common elements on the project site. The algorithm's accuracy and recall are both above 80%.
