Abstract
According to the prediction of the United Nations, the global elderly population will increase to 2.1 billion by 2050, and the population structure will have a far-reaching impact on China's labor market. To explore the application of artificial intelligence in new blue-collar recruitment software in the manufacturing industry, this paper uses VOS viewer to visually examine 287 relevant documents published by CNKI (China National Knowledge Infrastructure) from 1994 to 2022. This paper analyzes the blue-collar recruitment market under the background of the epidemic, putting forward three existing problems of blue-collar recruitment software and probing into the design and application of artificial intelligence blue-collar recruitment platform combined with big data.
