Abstract
The growth of big data usage has led to an increase in the number of big data companies, and the demand for big data talents is increasing. However, because the existing number of big data talents cannot meet the needs of enterprises, it inhibits the development of big data enterprises to a certain extent. The present study used Python web crawling technology to capture more than 70,000 pieces of information about big data talent recruitment from 51job.com. Our team then cleaned, analyzed and visualized the data. Through data analysis, we found that the company did have a huge demand for big data talents, and we assessed the influence of geography, education and salary on the recruitment of big data talents. The skill requirements of big data talents are also recorded. Finally, we offered suggestions and plans as a reference for the training of big data talents in China from the three levels of the government, enterprises and universities.
