Abstract

Real estate investment risk is an unpredictable factor affecting development profit, so it is very important to analyze real estate investment risk. In this paper, by considering the real estate decision-making stage, preparation stage, construction stage and the stage of management risk, real estate investment risk analysis index system is established, based on the practical engineering project construction sample, risk factors and expectations index based on support vector machine is the response of the relationship, and the actual project risk analysis.
