Abstract
The rapid development of big data and artificial intelligence technology has been applied to various industries. Flexible employment is a new sharing mode under the sharing economy. The lack of a digital platform for tax issues between freelancers and employment enterprises is an urgent problem to be solved. This paper develops an intelligent tax planning platform based on the current situation analysis, and proposes a new tax planning algorithm based on the advanced technology of big data and artificial intelligence, which helps enterprises to carry out intelligent tax planning under the premise of legal compliance, reduce company labor costs, and increase the freelancers’ revenue. The platform and algorithm solve the contradictions and pain points between enterprises and freelancers. Secondly, this paper gives the process of tax planning and Spark ecosystem, architecture running on the Spark Cluster. Finally, the detailed algorithm and analysis process are summarized. Through the actual case analysis, compared with the existing algorithms, the intelligent tax planning platform algorithm proposed in this paper has achieved better results, helping companies reduce costs by 21.9% and increase individual revenue by 18.5%, and achieving good economic and social benefits. This research is grounded on our regional, helped hundreds of enterprises to plan taxes.
