Abstract
In view of the high failure rate of the transmission part of heavy-duty tracked vehicles and the lack of effective fault judgment means and methods, this paper puts forward a fault diagnosis method of the transmission part of heavy-duty tracked vehicles based on big data on the basis of summarizing the general structure and working principle of the transmission part, analyzing its common fault types and the proportion of various types of faults. According to the fault types, in vibration The key parts of the transmission part are monitored in terms of temperature and pressure, and the key data are collected. According to the type of data collected and the size of the data set, the fault data extraction method, computer deep learning method and data migration learning method in big data are proposed, so that the computer can quickly and accurately identify and diagnose the faults of the transmission part of the vehicle, and provide intelligence for the fault diagnosis of the transmission part of heavy tracked vehicles Efficient means and methods.
