Abstract
The finite element method is used to establish a three-dimensional calculation model based on the layout and boundary calculation parameters of the square tapered steel lining section of the high-head discharge tunnel. According to its pressure-bearing capacity, vertical and horizontal stiffening beams and system anchors are added to the outside of the steel lining. The anti-external pressure structure is analyzed for stability review, and finally the conclusion that the recommended parameters are stable against external pressure is obtained.
