Abstract
With the support of the increasingly mature material manufacturing process and the development of high-efficiency coal-fired power generation technology, countries have joined the research and development of 700℃ advanced ultra-supercritical technology, and made some achievements. However, in various reports and studies, it is found that countries have different opinions on the expected efficiency or coal consumption of 700 ℃ ultra-supercritical units, and there are great differences. This paper will summarize these differences, compare the effects of the current ultra- supercritical primary reheat and secondary reheat units in improving steam parameters to 700 ℃, and find out the problems existing in the heating process, it brings some new ideas to the development of 700 ℃ technology in the future.
