Abstract
In order to verify whether the structural performance of a new energy light truck cab meets the design requirements, based on the finite element method, this paper uses CAE simulation software to carry out CAE modal analysis, CAE safety collision performance analysis and CAE structural strength performance analysis of the cab. At the same time, the front collision test and strain test of the cab are carried out. The simulation analysis and test results show that, the natural mode shape of the cab system avoids the road excitation frequency and has good NVH performance. At the same time, in the case of frontal impact, the living space of the driver and passengers is abundant. The cab belongs to a cage rigid structure, and the strength performance and collision safety performance meet the regulations and design requirements.
