Abstract
Through Solidworks software to establish the crane trolley three-dimensional model, using ANSYSWorkbench software on the key mechanism, impose reasonable constraints and load and statics analysis, calculate the distribution of stress and strain, verify the crane car key parts design rationality. The research results provide a theoretical basis for the design of a similar crane trolley.
