Abstract
Due to the emergence of a large number of endogenous hidden dangers, defects and loopholes of network security, the network security threat faced by power monitoring system is becoming more and more serious, which puts forward new requirements for monitoring, operation and maintenance personnel. Based on the construction goal of the security operation coordination platform in the power industry at the present stage, this paper proposes to enhance the network security operation system of full view defense and in-depth defense from the aspects of management, technology, capability and coordination. Build a security operation and maintenance coordination platform for the power industry, integrate technologies such as situation awareness, investigation and evidence collection, scheduling and linkage disposal, and solve the problem of insufficient power emergency response and safe operation capacity. It has improved the basic safety monitoring ability and safety protection ability of the power industry. Make the safety protection level of the industry move forward from static perception and active defense to dynamic perception and intelligent defense.
