Abstract
In the prefabricated construction of bridges, prefabricated concrete segmental box girders and steel-concrete composite girders, which are representative advanced prefabricated structures, have become the primary development direction at present. Prefabricated bridge piers have been initially applied in China, with difficulties in the seismic performance of prefabricated bridge pier nodes and the installation process of segmental prefabricated bridge piers. Meanwhile, the traditional installation method can hardly take full advantage of prefabricated structures, so it is urgent to study intelligent integrated construction technologies. Under the engineering background of the east overpass project in Yangang, Shenzhen, the intelligent integrated bridge construction technology with both main girder and pier column prefabricated was investigated in this study. Moreover, a piece of new-type equipment suitable for the aforementioned intelligent integrated structural installation was developed. On this basis, the intelligent integrated installation of this fully prefabricated bridge was realized.
