Abstract
Logistics efficiency is an economic index, which can reflect the development stage of logistics. Through comparative analysis of logistics efficiency data of 14 provinces in 5 years(2017-2019), we analyze this. This paper uses three - stage model to analyze logistics data of the 14 provinces in 2019 which is based on building a model includes the relative input factors and output factors in this paper. In addition, the low logistics efficiency caused by low management efficiency, environmental noise and input redundancy is analyzed by using SFA model. Then uses the ANN network model to analyze the improvement of logistics efficiency in each region. The outcome show that some provinces’ logistic efficiency needs to be improved. Some input factors need to be adjusted like logistics technology investment, logistics transport volume, management investment, scale of logistics labor.
