Abstract
At present, the shortage of parking resources, the demand continues to increase, the increase of the contradiction between supply and demand of parking is the urbanization problem that all countries are facing, especially the mismatch between supply and demand of parking in residential areas leads to the scramble for parking resources, illegal parking and other chaos, is becoming an important challenge of urban management. In order to cope with such challenges, all countries are actively looking for solutions, but based on different administrative management modes, governments have different administrative methods and means. Based on the detailed analysis of China's engineering experience, this paper aims to provide reference for other countries and regions in alleviating urban parking problems through two effective promotion modes that are livelihood oriented and government oriented.
