Abstract
Combining the concept of "5G Internet + food safety" with the new generation of mobile Internet technologies such as Internet of things, big data, cloud computing and QR code, this paper presents an interconnected, efficient and responsive intelligent perception and response system that breaks the traditional supervision ideas and modes. This system covers the whole process of food safety and realizes the implementation of government supervision and market subject responsibilities. The comprehensive informatization of social coordination and individual participation will promote the intellectualization of food safety management, the scientization of management means and the modernization of management ability. It is an effective way to better supervise and urge the main bodies in key fields to standardize their operations and ensure food safety.
