Abstract
The existing vehicle network system of Beijing Metro Line 5 adopts the form of RS485 train bus, which is relatively backward compared with the current mainstream bus form of metro trains, and it is difficult to expand and upgrade the network function on the current basis. Aiming at this problem, the domestication of vehicle network system of Beijing Metro Line 5 is studied, and the domestic train network system (TCMS) based on Multifunction Vehicle Bus (MVB) technology is used to replace the original RS485 bus network system. Based on the functional characteristics of the original vehicle network, the existing vehicle space structure and the driver's usage habits, the network system topology, hardware equipment, and the software functions are optimized and improved, and the main advantages of the domestication and replacement of the network system are analyzed. The research results prove that all the performance parameters of the domestic network system meet the requirements of existing vehicles and have better function expansion and upgrading capabilities.
