Abstract
The study of high-speed railway passing capacity is of great significance for the effective utilization of equipment and the optimization of transportation organization. However, the research on high-speed railway capacity is not perfect. In the realistic situations, there is no unified standard for capacity calculation, the deduction coefficient is difficult to determine, and the accuracy of calculation are insufficient. At the same time, there are many factors affecting capacity, which makes it difficult to analyse and calculate capacity. In order to provide more scientific calculation standards for capacity, this paper puts forward the concept of calculative elements of high-speed railway capacity. Based on the web crawler technology, a large number of element data are obtained. Besides, the data platform for calculative elements of high-speed railway capacity is designed and implemented. Finally, the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway and Beijing South Railway Station are taken as examples to demonstrate the function of the platform.
