Abstract
In the next-generation train control system, the train will use the train positioning unit to achieve autonomous positioning. The safety of the train positioning unit is essential. In order to verify whether the train positioning unit can guarantee the safe function in the event of an external failure, this paper passes Fault tree and failure mode analysis to analyze its safety, find out the external faults that may cause the location failure, use the combination test case generation method based on the IPOG strategy to combine the external faults, and generate test cases covering all possible failure combinations. The results show that while satisfying the completeness of test cases, the test cases are small in scale and have practical application value.
