Abstract
Channel navigation efficiency affects the overall development level of the port. Ship traffic organization optimization is an effective measure to improve channel navigation efficiency. Taking the total waiting time of ships as the optimization goal, this paper aims to reduce the detention time of ships, improve navigation efficiency, establish relevant traffic organization optimization models, and solve them by improved grey wolf algorithm. The results show that the proposed two-way channel ship traffic organization model and algorithm can improve the overall navigation efficiency under the condition of ensuring navigation safety, which not only facilitates the ship, but also brings more profits to the port.
