The Journal of Medical Imaging (JMI) covers fundamental and translational research and applications focused on medical imaging, which continue to yield physical and biomedical advancements in early detection, diagnostics, and therapy of disease as well as in the understanding of normal.


The Journal of Medical Imaging began publication in April 2014. All articles will be freely available through 2015.


JMI is published as a quarterly journal. New articles are continuously added to the current issue throughout each quarter as they are approved for publication.
